Microlymer EP

This is a 2 x component, pigmented, water-based epoxy coating with anti-microbial
and anti-bacterial and anti-fungi properties. It is suitable for all concrete floors and is impervious to
water but permeable to vapor, which prevents blistering when used on slightly moist surfaces or
where some residual moisture remains.


Applications – all Food Grade applications, warehouses and industrial flooring. CE Certification EN -
13813. Shore Hardness 65D
Micro-organism resistance evaluated according to ISO 846
Anti-bacterial activity evaluated according to ISO 22196


Consumption – 150gms per sqm. Cure at 20 degrees -20 hours, depending on relative humidity.

POLYUREA H SL

Microlymer Nivel Advance

This is a self- leveling epoxy coating with anti-bacterial and anti-fungi
properties. It can be supplied pigmented or clear and is used for surface protection of concrete
floors. It can be applied at 2-3mm thickness in one layer.


Applications

all Food Grade applications, industrial flooring , warehouses and poorly ventilated
areas. It can be used as a primer for all multi-layer or self-leveling epoxy systems. Hardness 65D (
after 7 days )

Anti-bacterial resistance evaluated according to ISO 22196


Consumption- by toothed spreader with 5mm gap for final 2mm thickness. Cure at 23 degrees and
5 % relative humidity-- 9 hours

Microlymer PU

This is an aliphatic water based Polyurethane resin- with anti-bacterial and anti-
fungi properties. It cures giving a hard but flexible floor coating. The product can be supplied
colourless or pigmented.


Application all general concrete flooring and industrial flooring and all Food Grade flooring.
CE Mark- EN 13813 Hardness 63D -pigmented UV Resistant colours
Micro-organism resistance evaluated according to ISO 846
Anti- bacterial resistance evaluated according to ISO 221196
