Polyaspartic
Kryptanate 100
A solvent free, aliphatic (UV), 2 x component Polyaspartic system- with a reaction
time that allows hand mixing and application, but has an Ultra- Fast Curing Time of 45-60 minutes
even at low temperatures. The Product is available as Pigmented or Colourless. The Product has
good adhesion properties and high mechanical properties and resistance. It is non -Yellowing. High
thick coatings can be achieved in only one layer. It can provide multi-layer flooring in combination
with coloured quartz sand and decorative flakes.
Applications
Warehouse floors and Fork Lift Truck floors, Commercial Offices , Bars and
Restaurants and every application where a “ Fast Track “ and Rapid Floor Solution are required to
minimise disruption. Note a Kryptanate Resin Floor will be Fork Lift Truck Resistant in 45-60
minutes.
Consumption – between 200gms -1000gms per sqm
Kryptanate 100 Flex
A solvent free, aliphatic(UV), 2 x component Polyaspartic system -with a
reaction time that allows hand mixing and application, but has an Ultra-Fast Curing Time of 45-60
minutes even at low temperatures. It is slightly more flexible than Krypanate 100. The Product is
available as Pigmented or Colourless The product has good adhesion properties and high
mechanical strength and resistance. It is non -Yellowing. This product can be used an Aliphatic top-
coat- on flexible systems.
Applications
Warehouse floors and Fork- Lift Truck floors. Commercial Floors, Bars and Offices and
every application where a Fast-Track and Rapid Floor Solution are required to minimise disruption.
Consumption – between 200gms -1000 gms per sqm
Kryptanate 100 LV
is a low Viscosity , 2 x component ,aliphatic(UV), 100 % solids, solvent free,
Polyaspartic with a gel time and curing speed slow enough to allow manual application while
retaining an Ultra-Fast Cure Time of 45-60 minutes. It can be delivered either Colourless or
Pigmented. It is Non-Yellowing. It can be used in Multi-Layer combinations with Quartz Sand. It ha
good adhesion and resistance. Thick Layers are possible in a single application.
Applications
Warehouse floors and Line Marking and Multi-Layer Systems are required -and where
Rapid Curing is required to minimise disruption.
Consumption between 200gms-100-gms per sqm
Kryptanate M
Is a solvent based 2 x component polyaspartic system for surface protection. It is
very fast curing, even at low temperatures, and provides good adhesion and high resistance against
abrasion. It can be delivered Colourless or Pigmented. The maximum VOC content is less than 31%.
Applications
Industrial, Marine and Architectural solutions. This solvent polyaspartic can also be
used as a Top -Coat in other flooring systems. It can be applied by roller or Airless Spray. The
Application thickness is usually 200-500 microns laid in 2 x layers.
Kryptanate M Flex
Is a solvent based 2 x component also for surface protection. It is fast curing but
can be mixed and manually applied by roller and Airless Spray. It is more flexible than Kryptanate M
and can be applied on more flexible surfaces like existing polyurethane self- leveling floors. It can be
delivered Colourless and in Pigmented drums. The maximum VOC content is less than 31 %.
Applications
- Industrial, Marine , and other architectural solutions. This solvent polyaspartic can also
be used as a Top-Coat in more flexible polyurethane systems like “Comfort Flooring “, and even as a
quick cure Primer applied onto an old Mastic Asphalt Balcony/ Walkway system.
Consumption 200-600gms per sqm for a thickness of 200-500 microns.
Kryptanate Spray
Hot spray applied flooring- this is a unique hard Aliphatic hot spray polyaspartic
which is applied by hot spray equipment. It has excellent gloss and colour retention. It is Solvent
Free and is very abrasion resistant and weather resistant. It is supplied Pigmented -usually in
colours- Grey, Beige, Tile Red and Blue.
Applications
include industrial flooring where curing is required in less than 1 hour after
application, Marine and Architectural solutions. With this product you can broadcast sand/
aggregates between layers.
Consumption is between 500-100-gms per sqm
